Minelab CTX 3030 still a good choice

The Minelab 3030 has been out for a while now, many think it has been put to bed after the release of the Equinox.
Personally I dis agree I still think it is Minelab’s flag ship metal detector, my only real complaint is the weight, but the balance is pretty good.
I think there is only 1 way to run the CTX and that’s using 50 tone conductive with no discrimination and maximum sensitivity.
Compared to the Equinox it has a personality, pin pointing is better and the signal information is more reliable.

Once this machine is on song its a killer, never mind the silly GPS and track trace, for pure performance it it the best Minelab out there.
